WHERE DO OUR CLAIMS COME FROM?

Expatriates:

This group of individuals are temporarily or permanently living in a country other than their legal residence. They are brand aware and want the best medical coverage at the best rates. Claims are managed prospectively and receive personal service.

Students, business or leisure travelers:

Often these clients require retrospective claims coordination, as care is emergent and not planned.

Destination Medicine:

Travelling specifically for the purposes of obtaining health care, these clients can be motivated by costs. Claims are managed prospectively.

CLAIM STATUS

Our self-service Provider Portal allows providers to view the existing status of claims that have been submitted to Olympus for payment, as well as create an online service request in order to obtain additional information regarding any specific claim.
